--------------------------------

# shoose a sound you want to use
This can be from your music collection or self recorded
or as how i am going to do, taken from the web.
  http://www.freesound.org/samplesViewSingle.php?id=24940
you micht also want to look at http://www.ccmixter.org/

# get Audacity and install it
Can be found in your repository or on the web:
  http://audacity.sourceforge.net
Audacity is free software to record and edit sounds

# Open your chosen file in Audacity
# Sounduplouds in opensim must be 10 seconds or less
so we will have to edit the file
click on the waveform and drag to selct the part you want to remove.
  Then hit Delete.
# To spice up the sound or totaly warp it.
Select the waveform again and go to Effects and experiment.
# Sounds should be 16-bit, 44.1 khz and mono/stereo .WAV
# We go to filemenu and to Export as WAV...
and it will be saved corectly.
# Now we go to our Opensim and go to Filemenu and Uploud Sound.
------------------------------------------

Now this sound can be used for gestures or in scripted prims.
