INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING FREEBIE ITEMS

To "rez" an item means to bring it into existence in the virtual world.  All items received by your avatar are stored in your Inventory.  Locate the Inventory button or Suitcase icon on your screen to open your inventory.

>>> TO OPEN FREEBIE PACKAGES <<<

- Locate the packaged item in your Inventory > Objects folder

- Drag the packaged item from your Inventory onto the ground to "rez" the item.

- Left click on the box and choose to "Copy contents to Inventory"  -OR- right click on the box and choose to Open > Copy contents to inventory.

- Locate the item in your Inventory

- Right click on the item in your Inventory > choose to "Wear" the item

>>> TO REMOVE CLOTHING, ATTACHMENTS, SKINS, HAIR, AND OTHER ITEMS <<<

- Click on the "Worn Items" tab in your Inventory to see all items currently worn by your avatar

- Right click on the item you wish to remove > choose to "Take off" or "Detach" the item.

- Locate the item in your Inventory

- Left click on the item and drag it onto the ground to "rez" the item.

- Left or right click the item on the ground to view available options.
