This is  an easy way to place buildings and such.
Rezz the rezzer, touch it to open a menu, click 'build', click 'finish' and you are ready!

☞For Builders:
﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌
✳IMPORTANT✳
✒ Make sure your build has Copy permissions. 
✒ Link as much of the building together. (DO NOT link phantom prims to non phantom prims as this will result in a phantom building)


① Create a new prim, this will be the 'Rezzer'. Give it a meaningful name. (I also made a texture with an arrow and put that on the rezzer so the customer knows where the building will rezz.)􀀂

② Drop this script in the prim:

③ Copy this script in to your inventory.

④ Put the Rezzer Slave Script in every (linked) part of your building.
⑤ Touch the Rezzer prim to open a menu.
⑥ Click the "Record" button. When the script is done, you will see a message in your local chat.
⑦ Take a copy of all the parts of your building back in to your inventory.
⑧ Copy all the parts from your inventory in to the content tab of the rezzer.
⑨ Teleport to a script enabled sandbox to test the rezzer.

☞For Customers:

✳IMPORTANT✳
✒ This is OpenSim! This system may not work as expected, lag may cause some parts of the building not rezzing, etc. With smaller builds, like houses, shops, etc, this most of the time not an issue. Rezzing a whole mall with lots of prims, textures, scripts, etc probably will not work.

① Rezz the rezzer prim. The arrow on top of the rezzer shows where the building will rezz.
② Touch the rezzer to open a menu.
③ Click on the "Build" button to rezz the building.
④ If you want to move/rotate the building, move/rotate the rezzer; the building will move/rotate. (Take small steps)
⑤ When satisfied with the position of the build, hit the "Finish" button to remove the scripts from the building.
⑥ Remove the rezzer.
